Womens pants recommendations? (dress code friendly) (self.starbucksbaristas)

Hi. I'm transferring stores and this is from a recent ASM so I know her dress code is going to be more on point. She's already shot down scrub pants that other stores wear so I need to know what yall wear that's dress code and not jeans. I get tired of wearing jeans but don't feel like shorts or skirts are the move. Like an actual "pant" lol.

I wear the flared VS Sport pants (they look like slacks and are very appealing. Have worn in front of SM/DM with no problems. (And I have a stricter DMH.

I typically buy stuff marketed as slacks, chinos, flare pants, cargo pants, etc in dark colors/black. If you’re ok with spending like $70 on a pair of nice pants that are good for outside of work I’d recommend the brand everlane, otherwise I normally get work pants at gap, old navy, h&m, etc

old navy has a bunch of slacks that are fine. american eagle pants are my go to, i also look at shein for options!

For plus size, I shop at Cato and Avenue online... Durable and comfy 😁

My go-to work pants are linen pants from Uniqlo (extremely breathable, good on hot days) and chinos from Old Navy. I think Uniqlo may have discontinued my favorite pants though.
