If you’ve been accepting your grants each year they are yours now and after you quit. Just need to go on fidelity website and cash them out whenever you want

Edit: adding if you have sick time not used that will be paid to you as well I believe. Only your vacation time is use it or lose it

ive actually never done any sort of paperwork on them, which i think may be an issue :(! fidelity occasionally sends me mail about them but beyond that i know nothing. Id consider waiting for em but honestly after my most recent shifts im very inclined to simply cut my losses and run

Well the stocks only come to you if you accept them through fidelity. You may want to check there first. Initially it’s just creating an account to accept and next time you get stock offers you just accept them and they get added to your portfolio. I have a friend who recently cashed out some of there’s for a down payment on a house and it took no time. It’s your money once accepted in or out of the company
