Why so angry? Witnessed three customers get upset at baristas this morning because “nobody told them about this” when this signage is posted on the doors, windows, furniture, and drive-thru menu board. (i.redd.it)

My elderly regulars are *amazing* with the app! They’re mobile ordering, they’re tipping, they’re playing the game. They’re really making some barista connections. 10/10 love my elderly customers.

At my store it’s always the younger adults & middle aged people that don’t read the signs & get angry/entitled constantly like millennials or teenagers are the worst offenders in my area, idk why..? 🫠🫣

We had to close our lobby a few times due to staffing and had big bright signs on every door saying DRIVE THRU ONLY in all caps and people would literally stand on their tiptoes to peek over the sign and pound on the doors. Starbucks customers will ignore literally any sign you put in front of them.
