Not super cute but Crocs has a some good non slip shoes! You can also usually find them cheaper on Amazon than in store or though their website

I've been wearing $1 (slip resistant) for almost a year now , worked in Disney World w them & now using them for Starbs. By far the most comfy, slip resistant, waterproof sneaker I've owned. My back support is endless, like walking on a cloud. HIGHLY recommend !

Yes they are a bit expensive but they are WORTH. IT. I drove an hour to the only store with them in stock bc I was on my last leg at work with my back pain & frustration walking 40min to/from my car in Central FL rain.
Once I bought these shoes, I actually wanted to be at work.

Despite all the weather and wear, they're still in near mint condition a year later.

Love the crocs for work! Nonslip, water proof, ugly as sin but COMFY!!

i have the black rip-off vans from the non slip section from walmart. they were like $25 and SO comfy
