There's no way to track it if you don't declare them. Unless you want to pay taxes on them, don't bother 🤷

Six year partner here- I've never declared my cash tips on the partner hub. I use Turbo Tax to do my taxes and there's always an option there to declare them, so that's what I do! So just keep track of generally how much you get in cash tips and you should be good.
