I never realized like all the favoritism and like not rlly clique behavior but like,,, idk some type of behavior that goes on at my work fr. and it lowkey makes me feel bad cuz like all my coworkers hang out outside of work but like no one is ever trying to do that with me 😭 and like i always thought these ppl were my besties lmao
but there is also lowkey some bias and favoritism going on as welllll cuz it’s always the same 3-4 ppl winning partner of the quarter every time and i’m like 🤔

yeah it’s kinda weird like idk i guess i just assumed like some of my coworkers were my rlly good friends and i’m always super nice to them and saying hi and trying to reach out and stuff but it’s kinda awkward now seeing how much better friends they r with everyone else

Oh yea partner of the quarter gets recycled between this one cloque-y group of friends at my store. Theres about 5 of them or something. They just all recycle the title between themselves. I stopped caring about it lolol its just a popularity contest. Its for whoever the store talks to the most for that quarter. Its dumb
