Hey Starbuddies! I'm a SSV in San Diego thinking about coming back to Starbs. I haven't worked since last November when I was put on disability and then went on maternity leave and then bonding time. So I've been out for a hot minute, but still employed.
I'm curious if anyone is a longtime (6-7yrs) barista in this area and what your pay rate is after all the pay bumps over the years?
I'm thinking about demoting and going part time which is why I'm curious what a fair pay range would be. If anyone has insight into pay after demoting, I'd be interested to hear. Thanks friends!
