A customer came into our cafe and stood in line behind an incredibly nice customer who ordered 7 completely different frappucinos. Our star of the show was at least watching them order if not listening since he was right there. He proceeds to order 1 Venti Frapps.

At our store we only have 2 blenders to make frapps and 1 of them was being used for drive thru beverages. The barista on cafe bar was powering through those 7 frapps and around 5 minutes later starts working on that one Venti Frapp.

Around the same time as my barista starts working on his order this dude walks up to the counter and demands to know what's taking so long. I patiently explained to him that the customer ahead of him had a larger order and we were working on his now. He told me to refund his money and told me he had never waited so long for anything in his life. 5 minutes.

Thanks for reading my rant, dealing with customers like that on a daily basis on top of my unsupportive and blatantly rude store manager has brought me steadily closer to my breaking point with this company.
