Might be a stupid question but I'm a green bean so I'm still learning all the policies and stuff. I'm too nervous to ask my SM/ASM lol. If I need to request a day/s off in 1-2 months, do I still need to find coverage? I have something at the end of next month that I need to take off for but not sure if I need to find coverage if there's no schedule for that time yet.

Do you have the SBUX hours app? You can request time off there and your SM will approve or deny (although I don’t see why it would get denied if its 1-2 months in advance). You can request time off up to 3 weeks and later. Less than 3 weeks the app won’t let you. If approved you don’t need to find coverage
