Just curious. I like the business and I would do it one day and I’m wondering if others feel the same way. What would you change?

Ive always wanted to open a place that is a cafe during the day and a bar in the evening/night. Logistically might be complicated though.

There's a place like that where I live! They also have a little knick knack store that sells local businesses items, there's usually a bunch of cool stuff in there!

When I lived in Beaufort, SC there were a lot of places that were restaurants during the day and bars at night. They usually turn into bars around 9 or so.

I've always wanted to retire and run a used bookstore. Would be fun to offer drinks too.
