At my store we can’t ring up caramel macchiatos, iced lattes, iced americanos, and probably a lot of other stuff too. Is anyone else having this problem?

was told to do a database download from the functions tab and it should fix most of it

us too!! i just called support and they said they're aware of the issue but there is no work around. of course it happens on the day i work a 9 hour shift 😭
