Our work around for iced coffee is to put iced coffee with milk. Lattes work for us so we just put “Add Ice” and Ask Me. Tall cappuccino worked fine but the others don’t so we just put “In A **** Cup”. Mochawork, but

We just did a quick update of the pos system and it fixed everything.
|to update, have a shift/manager log into a pos, go to functions, system tools and support, then database update|

luckily i opened and worked only 4 hours today during this mess. what we did to work around this was punching in drinks that were the same price (i.e mocha for caramel macchiato, americano misto for latte, and matcha latte for chai latte) and wrote it in ask me. however, when syrups couldn’t be clicked and ask me was already utilized, we just constantly had to communicate and/or write on cups :/
