Hi Partners, my store sent out messages to us saying the POS issue is *nation wide.* They're opting to take only mobile orders. DT is closed, and when people come into the store they're just asked to place a mobile. If that sounds like a good method for your store, ask your SSVs/SMs to do that :'>

Our store manager is on LOA, our stand in is on vacation, the person who is our point of contact for the stand in manager didn’t answer, and neither did our DM. They basically said figure it tf out 🤷🏼♀️

We just...suffered. our DM did not care. Too many crustomers who did not listen and/or did not care that we were having issues but still wanted to yell at us when the stickers on their cups or the screen at Drive "didn't look right"
