So I worked four hours yesterday morning, went home for four hours, and came back for four more hours because our entire store had mandatory training, yesterday was a ✨no✨ for me

People were awful to me like bestie it’s just fucking coffee chill your shit 🥲 almost cried like 3 times.

It was bid day and move in day for our college town. We’re the only Starbucks in a 50 mile radius. We ran out of pineapple base and inclusions, whips, sweet cream, heavy cream. I had a customer scream at me and then change 3 drinks at the window. Manager was bitching abt drive times even though we were telling him for WEEKS that we needed more people scheduled for this day. Had a callout so someone could go to bid day. It was a fucking mess 😭

I learned that if you clicked iced then venti then latte you could do venti iced latte and then we just put CM in the ask me lol but that was only for venti
