Someone came through drive-thru and said "yeah and can you put pumpkin cold foam on that?" Super casually as if it would catch me off guard lol

We also had another person in drive thru ask "do you guys have your pumpkin stuff yet" and I just said "it doesn't launch until the end of the month" she said "okay..." and proceeded to take a full minute to decide what she wanted, it was as if she was having an existential crisis lol both of these happened today so I'm sure it's gonna happen every day until launch

I was at another store and cust came through DT asking if pumpkin was out. She whispered it like it was a secret. I told her not for a few more weeks. She assured me she wouldn't tell anyone if I gave her a PSL early. When I refused she asked if she could have her vanilla latte free for the inconvenience

the fact that we may (wink) have it in stock does not mean we accept demands for it! it is just like with our holiday drinks - they launch when they launch, no exceptions karen’s!!!

I had a partner from another store mad that we didn’t have it out yet. I said even if we had it I couldn’t give it to her yet but she could get it as a partner bev at her store. Like we don’t even have the pumps for it or any way to ring it

God I'm glad our customers aren't that shitty. We havnt had anyone ask yet actually. We got asked about halloween cups but not pumpkin spice yet.

Which I find funny because we never sell out of our seasonal cups, even the high demand ones get marked for dono by the end of the season lol

Surprisingly not yet for me

I had a “partner” from a different store say there store is giving them out if you ask and I said that I’m not allowed to. They also didn’t have partner numbers. Bruh if your store is giving it out go there

Some lady pulled up to the store and asked for it and when I told her we didn’t have it yet she told me that she knew that we had the sauce to test out for baristas and that we could just make it for her 😑 I said no and she was so upset.

Starbucks PSL is trash. Dunkin’s is better.
