I’m a barista and my store manager said that since i’ve been working with SBuxs a year i’d be getting paid $15.45 instead of $15.00 flat. And a few other of my fellow baristas got told that as well. I brought it up to my manager and she said that apparently it was a rough estimate. I know I haven’t been there as long as other partners but barista that have been there longer than August 1st, 2022 should be getting paid more than the newly hired baristas. I dunno its just something im really upset about cause i feel like i got lied too. If you guys have any advice let me know please💕

mine did this too! i’ve been w bux 6 months and she said i’d be making over $16. was confusing to say the least. annoyed she was wrong though. she gave inaccurate estimates to SSVs too. i wonder how many SMs did this.

My SM told all of the baristas we’d be getting $15.45/hr, we checked our pay stubs and we’re only getting $15. I’m making the same amount after two years as someone that’s been here for less than 6 months, a lot of us are really upset and our DM doesn’t care at all .-.
