Nope. I do everything in my power to talk customers out of putting foam on blended drinks I aint doing 2 types of foam. Too far

I used to have a supervisor that lets us reject these tiktok drinks if we don’t wanna make it. I posted this somewhere and some former partner 15 years ago said that’s messed up and customer should always get what they want. He said he had it tougher back then and I’m like no btch, i worked around that same time and the drink we have now are just crazy

Yeah no starbies customers today are some of the worst, no doubt. The shit ppl pull with craps & such def. did not exist over a decade ago. Geez. Informal policy at my store is we’re not making it unless they read us the recipe, and if it’s 2 base drinks together we will give them a third cup but no way are my coworkers & I putting that together for them. Glad to here atleast 1 starbies sup has common sense lol

Yeah and they literally argue over 75cents-$1. If u don’t wanna pay for it, don’t get it. Simple as said. I don’t like paying extra for whipped cream at dunkin, I simply just don’t get it. I tell ya, I also work at a restaurant type company and the customers there are not like Starbucks. EVEN DUNKIN OR MCDS CUSTOMERS ARE NOT LIKE STARBUCKS! And our slogan is so stupid, is it Speed or make the moment right? PICK A STRUGGLE DUMBBUCKS

Lolol that actually sounds amazing and i would never buy it from starbucks if i didnt work at one and get drinks for free 😄 however this person can definitely go to the grocery store and buy a big tub of Neapolitan ice cream for the cost of that frapp they purchased lol

I told them if they wanted the foam to layer properly kd have to use nonfat milk and they changed their kind thankfully. I'll be damned if I'm the one that makes someone a drink that starts a tiktok trend that ruins our lives even more at work 😂

I think pour half the vanilla bean frap first, layer of cookie crumble to split, then the second half of vb add mocha or malt powder (do you still have mp there, idk? It’s different in Mexico) pour the half of chocolatized frap layer, top with another cookie crumble layer. Then Whipped cream with strawberry drizzle and a dried strawberry decoration on top.
