Used to have a regular that got 26 sugars in his venti pike place and 17 in his grande every morning at 6 am. When asked if he’d want classic instead because it’ll mix and dissolve better his response (in the nastiest tone) was “not if I have to pay for it” and then we’d just sigh and punch in the sugars and begin tearing them open 🙃 people are wild

Even 10 is too fucking much. A lady at my store gets two iced coffees with 10 splendas each. I usually stop at 8 or 9 but maybe I’m a shitty employee lol. It’s drive thru peak

True. Lol. I never really put all sugar from the packet. I also open like 5 at a time. They never really taste the difference and be like HEY THIS IS NOT 100 PACKS OF SUGAR!!!!!

im a newer partner so i kinda wish condiment bars were brought back but i know homeless people and customers would abuse that shit by judt taking everything + ive asked partners who’ve worked when that was a thing and they dislike it

That was a thing with a lot of customers at my last store. 🫠 Id make the most out of it by laughing it off whenever one suger packet falls into the drink and I had to start over again .😂😭😭
