Reading the last line as it says making stores a drive thru only… most nyc stores can’t do that and what about the customer connection and third place if there are no seats 😒. I see that there are more and more mobile stores now. It’s crazy. My store is also an express store, no seats no bathroom. If Starbucks takes away the seats, they would suffer greatly is all ima say. There are no definitive solution. There are just way too many homeless people in nyc.
