I finished my coffee academy and will have my “ interview “ coffee tasting later this week and I just can not for my dear life do latte art. We’re so busy I don’t have time to practice and I got everything else down. But art is my weakness. I can make a flat white dot maybe 3 dots. Do they really care about latte art?

The dot is conserved art so you should be good.

Yup. The dot was part of the latte art module in coffee academy. You could also try a heart- like a dot but drag the tail down.

Lol same I cannot do latte art cause my hand gets shakey but I can do dots and once in a while hearts
