I got put forward for it and I quit after one meeting. It was an hour of listening to other stores' problems, and then I was told I had to make time to speak to every partner in my store about what their issues were with the store, compile them, and come up with solutions to put forward to district management.
I wasn't going to be given time on shift to do that, and I wouldn't get paid for doing it outside work hours.
Essentially, they were expecting me to do a HELL of a lot of extra work and I wouldn't get any sort of benefit or compensation for the work I was doing.
So I quit lol
