I literally squint at their phone and say “I’m sorry I can’t see that well can u please read it to me so I can punch it in?” Works 90% of the time 😝 Then you have the people that try to zoom in on the picture and shove the phone in your face. I take my sweet time punching it through, getting any and every modification rung in and charged for.

I don’t let them do this. “Sorry, I can’t see it very well, could you read it?” The only exceptions for this that I’ve let happen so far are if there’s a language barrier and they have an old sticker for me to copy or have it typed out AND they’re nice about it, not demanding.

One time, two foreigners wanted to order tik tok drinks. Like they had photos saved, it’s crazy. We were only able to do one because for the others, we ran outta lemonade or what not. That one that they were able to get took years to make.

I hate that shit. I had that today. It was called like the teddy bear frapp or something it was basically a mocha cookie cream sub white mocha with dark caramel and cookie crumbs/caramel drizz on top.

My favorite is when people just ask for the name of a drink they saw on tiktok and just expect us to know it
