Genuinely I don’t think my coworkers realize how much those cards mean to me. I’ve been saving up every last one and I re read them when ever I feel down or that the world hates me.
So this is just a reminder if you see someone doing something that you think deserves recognizing right a card you never know who might need it

we haven't had green apron cards at my store in a while, so I've been making them out of whatever I can bc some of my partners deserve recognition!!

I’m not a 100% in if it’s the right word for it but there little blank cards you write little messages to fellow partners. To hand out it’s kinda like a good job I see you and I appreciate you sorta thing? They could also be called green bean cards

I think I got one of those today! It was so sweet and came from such a great person. I told her I really needed this today thank you and she almost cried
