They aren’t asking you to do this because they want to test your knowledge on a coffee. They want to hear you tell a story. Pick a coffee that speaks to you. Find a good pairing for it or bake something (if you can) I’ve store bought my favorite pastry to bring to a coffee tasting. That’s what it’s all about.
