At my store we right a little cheat sheet on the hopper with a paint marker for any green beans. Maybe see if someone can do that for you.

Write it down on a post it note and tape it to a bean hopper for #of shots and syrup for sizes. If anyone says anything say this is your first day and have been advised accuracy is better than speed. You will do amazing and your going to get a hang of it slowly but surely!

If you are on hot bar it would most likely be bar 2 so if you feel stumped ask questions, I always tell green beans to not fear asking questions. Hot drink shots follow 1(short)/1(tall)/2(grande)/2(venti) shots of espresso unless it’s a shaken espresso drink, flat white (ristretto shots) or americano which would get 1 extra (venti hot americano will actually get 4 instead of 3) while cold is 1(tall)/2(grande)/3(venti)/0(trenta). For syrups hot would get 2(s)/3(t)/4(g)/5(v) and cold would be 3(t)/4(g)/6(v)/7(t) the exceptions for that would be the caramel macchiato that gets one less pump of vanilla than the standard and that cold brew would get half pumps so say if someone orders a venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew instead of 6 pumps vanilla it would be 3. It’s definitely a lot but you’ll do great just remember to not get too frustrated with yourself!
