My best advice is to keep doing your best and make sure you're taking care of yourself before your shifts; get enough sleep, hydrate, etc, spend time on a hobby. Also maybe take advantage of Lyra, and confide in a fellow coworker or shift, or manager.
Before my shifts I do a small workout and stretch, along with sleeping enough and having a fav meal, listen to music, chill. I also get to work like 15min early so I can ease into the chaos instead rushing to clock in and go crazy a lot faster lol.
Good luck!

Do your best and if you feel comfortable ask to talk with the shift lead when you can and explain a little about the situation. I’m a barista and I always make sure to tell my shift leads when something is happening that might affect my performance in a certain role. (Mainly my medications are always changing and it makes me unable to be on drive bar because the stress, or if I can not be so face to face with customers because I’m feeling out of body experiences/ dizzy). I find the shifts appreciate knowing these so they can plan out the play call better. And also my adhd is sometimes worse on some days and I know it so I ask if they write a list of the things I need to do in order if I’m on customer support for closing, otherwise I’ll have 1/2 done whips as I clean the bathrooms lmao.

I wouldn’t be so bothered by it if I hadn’t been busting my ass putting in good work the weeks they were off 😅😅 I can definitely tell they’re not a fan of me and it’s hard not to let it get to me when I’m already feeling like shit
