Hey guys! I’m looking for fun ideas to encourage partners to dress up during Partner Appreciation Week. Our store typically doesn’t have too much participation. Any thoughts?

Make the spirit days doable, like something people actually have in their closet. Some of our spirit days have been really random like “Disney day” or something but like not everyone has Disney stuff yk. Same with Hawaiian day. Good days would be “pastel colors/tie dye/etc”

This is such a good thing to consider. Also Laing sure it something practical that people aren’t gonna feel stupid in. My store did a dress like an old person day. Like what does that even mean. I don’t know what I’m supposed to wear for that and I’m not trying to look like a geriatric at work.
