Looks like pumpkin bread with butter on it. OP is using a knife to eat it with bc (I'm guessing) they usually use a fork and not their hands

Yes, a knife is a great tool for butter, but as you can see, OP said they accidentally grabbed the knife, and they are using it to lift their bread, not to cut the butter in the picture
Buttered pumpkin loaf is actually amazing, and I use a knife to spread the butter and pick up the slice. OP meant to grab something other than a knife, so I assume they meant to grab a fork to eat it with
