How strict is your piercing policy?(self.starbucksbaristas)

I’m interviewing for a lead position on Saturday and I’m nervous about the piercing policy. How strictly is it enforced at your location?
I tend toward minimalistic bezel set CZ style jewelry. I have a flat, helix, and daith on one side, a helix and vertical helix on the other, 3/4” lobes. I usually wear solid plugs in muted earth tones (wood or stone are my go-to) and I have a nostril piercing that alternates between a 2mm CZ or a 2mm titanium disc. My tongue is pierced but not noticeable unless I deliberately show it off. I may in the future want a centered labret (again with my minimalist CZ theme) and I migh go up to 1” with my lobes.
Right now I’m a pest control technician but it’s absolutely a good ol’ boys club. I’m the only woman and I’m looking for a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
So what’s the inside scoop? Is the “small plugs and two piercings per ear” part of your dress code actually enforced?

We have almost the exact same piercings, except I have one more piercing on one ear, and I’ve had no problems at all for the past several years. You should be good to go!

it kind of depends on your store, so it varies. i've never seen anyone get in trouble for any kind of ear piercing including stretched lobes. ear piercings are pretty much free game as long as you don't have incredibly long dangling earrings in. i believe the current rule book allows for one facial piercing like a nostril/labret, but most stores are very lax.
tl;dr i think you'll be fine. good luck!

Ears don’t matter. Whatever you want as long a sits under the size of a quarter.
Face is only one. We have partners who still just wear a mask to hide piercings when needed.
Policy is hopefully updating later this month.

Depends on the store. I have 4 on my left ear and one in my right, a septum, and a vertical labret. My manager even complimented my vertical labret lol.
