OMG you guys can get orders for PUP CUPS? I wish we could. I mean, at my location I'd be the minority, and of 6 people total that is saying something. Do you put them in shorts?

If your store has the 4 ounce testing cups you can actually put your pup cups in that. That’s what we do at our store, or will put them on a lid😁

That is what we do now, but we don't have them on the mobile order system. So I was actually asking about pup cups in mobile ordering, lol. But thanks for answering anyway!

Those aren't mobile orders they are drive thru orders. They updated pos to have a pup cup button like 6 months back or something. It's under the water and ice buttons in the "other" tab.

Ah this makes sense. No drive through here. I still wish we had a water button, it would help out so much honestly.

I used to be the main closer at my store, my manager(awful) would schedule me an 8.5 hr shift(only 8 hrs without my lunch) but I would have to close alone and would usually be alone for the last hour we were open which meant I couldn’t start closing tasks much until we actually closed. I would end up stuck closing the store for an hour past closing and past my shift end time. The extra hour of pay was nice but constantly working/being on my feet for almost 10 hours at a time was hell closing shift was fun when I would occasionally have a coworker to help out because closing tasks could start like 30 minutes before close so we would be out of there either by close or 15 after.
