trying to enroll for health insurance , but last month during the audit it took me a month to transfer to a store and i only have 10 fucking BEN hours paid rn. i know enrollment ends soon, will i just be unable to use or get any health benefits for the next year if i dont enroll right now??
im kind of freaking out lol. now that im actually at a new store, im working 20 hours a week and at my old store i usually got either 30 hours a week or 10.

Your current BEN hours don’t matter because the number reset on July 6 (assuming you’re in the US). You should be able to enroll if you had 450 BEN hours *before* July 6. You should have received an email and you should also get a notification upon logging into mysbuxben.com.
You have to enroll by the end of tomorrow, or you’ll lose benefits on September 30. Call the hotline at 877-SBUXBEN if you need to talk to someone about your eligibility.

what happens if im not eligible? do i have to wait until next year?
