one of our baristas accidentally mixed up the “in” and “out” on the keg. now the cb line is stuck on the “in” & we can’t get it off. any advice?

I remember it as “never leave ‘in’ alone”. So when you’re switching out the kegs, always try to take off out first, then in.

I know it sounds awful but did you like really yank? Like full strength not worried your gonna break it yank it off. Last tech we had didn’t have a special tool. It was just force and some luck to get it off.

There’s no way to fix this in store without a special tool. Place a ticket in MyDaily and they will have to send someone to fix it!
