What’s the policy for the max amount you can steam the milk?

195° is the max temp, and if I remember right, the new mastrenas will autostop at that temp and not go above it, though I haven't tried to get that hot any time recently.

Sorry but I’m refuse to steam peoples things at 190+. Im not risking burning myself from any accidents that can happen.

The new ones stop around 172-176
The old ones can stop around 203.
For safety I stop around 180 because the milk starts to go all around n stink.

We have to old ones and we have this regular who always asks for 190/no foam and we’re all uncomfortable doing it and low key I just do extra hot.

After a few years doing no foam, I just leave some foam for them for the heck of it. They don’t send it back so it’s all good.
