Lolol ive had someone, a handful of times before, order from my store thru uber eats. It was somewhere around 16 to 18 drinks. SIX of the drinks were venti hot cappuccinos. With oatmilk. Blond. 3 shots each. 2 raw sugars each. One of the syrups, i forget which. Then also.....salted caramel cold foam 🙆‍♀️ i cant even imagine what it looked like when it got to the customer. Because there were times it would sit there a while but we start the orders right away cuz we get hit with random rushes so we dont wana have to rush to finish the uber order as well during a full ass cafe and mobiles comin out non stop lol theyve ordered it a ton of times...no complaints. So they must have not cared that it deflated by the time it got to them ☺️ lolol

Vscf doesnt curdle on top of hot drinks. It's basically the same thing as whipped cream and no one has a problem putting that on hot drinks. Not that i think its a great idea, like, just get whip on top its so much less work for us. But its not going to curdle.
