we had a guy in our drive thru order a PSL and after we told him we couldn’t make it because it wasn’t in season he said, “i don’t care that it’s not in season, i know you have the stuff to make it”

See Karen, due to the linear nature of the spacetime continuum, it is not possible you you to have a psl before it launches. You will have to wait for the future to arrive like the rest of the universe. You are not special nor are you exempt from the fundamental laws of physics.

Equal parts chai with white mocha is a dupe for pumpkin spice so that’s what I’ve been offering as an alternative and they always like it

Today someone asked if we had pumpkin cheesecake flavor yet.

“Sorry, we can’t make those yet. But we’ll have them out near September.” *makes myself one*

We had a lady ask if we had a pumpkin spice latte and when told no then asked ‘we’ll do you have the syrup then?’ 🙃

Yeah, it's annoying. There was some rumor online of it being released this week too.

Dunkin launched their fall menu already. (It's actually really good & I'm obsessed with the maple snackin bacon). That's probably not helping.

We don’t have ours out either and I’m from the East Coast. I did see that Sbux is already selling the cold bottle version of PSL at local markets and gas stations in my area.

Ppl are already asking us for it too and getting upset that they saw it online like im sorry but we follow rules here if someone else wants to risk getting fired that’s on them

As someone who is excited for pumpkin spice, I’ve considered asking, however bring someone that also used to be a partner, I will be waiting at least a week before ordering anything pumpkin in hopes that the pumpkin rush will have somewhat calmed down.
