Your microfoam looks perfect! Try lowering the milk pitcher down towards the cup just a bit sooner to get more of a dot.

that microfoam is awesome! right at the end of your pour, instead of pulling up, you actually want to bring the pitcher down, and it’ll deposit that little white dot of foam. you’ll have a perfect flat white!

It looks good. As nice as the dot can be on a flat white, the lid ruins it anyway. Unless someone is getting their drink in a cafe cup, I personally don't think latte art/dots matter all that much. Still - making a perfect flat white is always a good feeling.

That Microfoam is beyond excellent, try getting your spout closer to the surface when you near the end of your pour to get that “signature dot”.

9.999999 /10! Looks really good. Don’t have the full dot but it don’t really matter. Taste the same looks the same , and the customer won’t give a fuck. But don’t have the perfect dot. Not saying it’s easy at all tho, nor can you get it every time( I know I don’t)
