I recently joined and at the end of my first shift my SM told me partner benefits, one of those including taking home a bag of coffee a week. Is this true, because I can’t find too much information online.

Yeah you get one coffee bag mark out a week, as long as it's not the reserve coffee. The reserve coffees are like the fancy ones, there's not many of them and they are very expensive

yes you get 1 free lb of coffee every week :) this could also be via instants as well, it’s called a “mark out”
