Out of curiosity, how many times have you been left alone during shift and gotten customers who order upwards of 5 drinks (all different flavors and types) per order back to back...

that's pretty normal unfortunately :/
i'm the main closer and i always close alone at my licensed store. i always get people that come by and make huge orders in the evening. and they almost never get anything but refreshers and fraps of course

I feel you!!! My customers always have an attitude when it takes a while to make 6-7 of the hardest drinks on the menu š I wish the policy was adjusted in some kind of way š

there is a reason i am trying to leave my store now haha. people who come in and order 10 refreshers, or 6 different fraps, or 4 different warming items along with a handful of drinks, or try to make me watch tiktoks when i have a long line, everything. wouldn't be that bad if i weren't alone so much but my store is now a pretty busy one for a target and i am just burned out.
the customers aren't the MAIN reason im leaving but oh they do not make things easier.

People who work at my store now worked at a Kroger store and Iām constantly hearing them all say they were left to run everything by themselves
