nice! like other commenter said, tap it against the counter and swirl to get rid of large bubbles, but i can tell it’s also about how you’re aerating, so you only wanna aerate for like 3-5 seconds and then make sure you’re getting that swirling motion so the texture incorporates. also, if you wanna get rid of the large bubbles in the espresso, pull it so it runs against the cup, that way it’s a lot smoother and you can lay a better foundation for your art.
