Edit: I called first thing today, was on hold for about half an hour, guessing a lot of other people forgot to enroll too, and James literally saved my life. James if you ever see this, thank you. If anyone else forgot to enroll too call IMMEDIATELY and just be nice and they’ll be glad to help you out! But Id do it TODAY, He said I barley missed the chance for them to edit it!
I forgot to reenroll for my coverage this year. And the benefits help desk is closed until monday, which is DEFINITELY too late to even ask if they can just roll my same coverage over. Does anyone know the next window to apply?

Next year. OR if you have a "make life status change" such as getting married or pregnant.
You should still try calling them Monday, the benefits sure was having technical issues yesterday so you may be okay

Last year I did the same thing forgot and didn't re enroll. I called about a week later and they let me enroll without much difficulty. Definitely give them a call on Monday and ask very politely and hopefully they'll help you out like they helped me.

usually with enrollment windows, while the online official enrollment closes, if you give them a call, they have time to make changes or enroll you still

What? When I got covered last month the lady I talked to said I'd be able to see if I liked what I picked out, since I would only have it for 2 months, and then re-enroll. Did she tell me that because I only just qualified for insurance so it works different, or was she wrong?
