how to bring up being a shift supervisor
I work at a licensed store and we just have baristas and 1 manager. i'm not sure if we need a shift supervisor but it is hard to teach all the baristas all the things my manager wants us to know (inventory, distress, proper closing, proper cleaning, etc) (was thinking of asking that to my manager) but i would like to ask and/or being one for our kiosk. i've only been here 5 months and am not barista certified but might as well be/am currently working on it to add more info for y'all. how do i ask? is it appropriate?
