Was on drive thru today and a customer ordered a grande Caramel Frappuccino. For some reason when I repeated the order for them I accidentally said “one grande crappucino”… despite the embarrassment, the look on the customers face was priceless.

Today when going to say Ice, I messed up and cut off my word too soon (I have a slight speech problem) and instead of Ice I said Ass… the shift lead was right next to me and I just acted like it didn’t happen.. I was on the headset taking orders

When we had the confetti cookie, my partner was repeating back an order on drive through too fast and said *confederate* cookie
