Federal income taxes not being withheld? (self.starbucksbaristas)

For my fellow US baristas, has anyone been having issues with federal income taxes not being withheld from their paychecks? For context: I average about 23 hours per week and have ever since I finished training back in early February. Social security, medicare, and state income taxes are still being withheld. I also have not done anything to prompt this change and have checked my tax documents just in case.
When I noticed, I started checking all my previous paystubs and found out this started happening on the 6/17 paystub. Every paycheck before that had federal income taxes taken out, but that paycheck and every single one afterwards has not. I don't think it's anything to do with the amount of hours I work or my pay rate. I'm very confused and plan to call HR/Payroll/whoever to try and figure things out now that I've noticed it, unless I get answers elsewhere. Am I just missing something super obvious? Is this happening to anyone else?

This happened to me but not at Starbucks. It ended up being a mistake my employer made when signing me up as an employee. I had to have him double the taxes taken out for the next few months to catch up so I didn't owe a lump sum when tax season came around.

Is discovered a similar issue and after phone calls the answer is p: if your check after pre-tax deductions is under $500, no federal taxes will be taken. I live in FL where there is no state income tax so I can’t comment about that if younger in a state with one.
