Substitute for white mocha?? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I don’t know if this is common among all Starbucks, but white mocha is definitely our most popular drink. Due to this we are CONSTANTLY RUNNING OUT OF WHITE MOCHA. And once I tell the customer we’re out of it they always instantly ask “what’s something similar?” And I’m at a loss for words? I’m a new barista and I had my first white mocha LAST WEEK. What should I suggest?

i’d recommend the regular mocha or vanilla syrup even though they both aren’t quite similar, there’s no real replacement for white mocha sadly

I’ve been suggesting toffee nut and cinnamon dolce. It’s not exactly the same but it’s close enough and nobody has really complained to me about it.

Did you let your SM know? They should be able to update the amount that gets ordered so you don’t run out all the time.

dark caramel but its a 1/4 pump so its hard to get a custy to what they want in that situation
