This customer comes everyday and orders their venti iced matcha with soy milk, 6 scoops of matcha and whip. But they are a JERK when talking to us at the speaker box! Once they get to the window they’re SO SWEET, so idk if they just think “i don’t see a human so i’m not talking to a human” or what?🤣 I love them🤣 ***NOT MAKING FUN OF THEM I LITERALLY LOVE THIS CUSTOMER THEY JUST MAKE ME LAUGH****

Them: *annoyed sigh* venti iced matcha…
us: Awesome! Total is- *they drive away*
AT WINDOW
us: Hi! Your total is ___
them: *total mood change* okay! :) Thank you!
us: Okay here you go have a good day!

idk its a pet peeve when people especially when ordering caramel macchiatos ans matchas insist on no whip when the drink doesn’t even get it

We have one of these!!! He gets a Venti hot vanilla latte made entirely with sweet cream. He’s a complete jerk at the speaker like he’ll interrupt you and correct you and repeat it three times, but as soon as he gets to the window he is a complete gentleman! He’s so sweet! Tips well too!!
