Lol yea why can't they just pay for ehat they want or get what they can pay for instead of trying to use hacks to get a cheaper iced latte. I just said to someone else in another comment that if we still had those milk and cream carafes out at the condiment bar, these people that do this hack would be using it all up and we would have to constantly be refilling them. The one time i remember someone complaining about it not being filled up all the way was a girl who did this a few times but she would order in store and get 2 blond shots on ice with pumps of vanilla and sweet cream and would have the galls to come up to the register with her drink and ask that it be filled all the way. It happened a few times to mAkE tHe MoMeNt RiGhT and then manager ended up saying we cant keep doing that with the sweet cream 😏

Lol yea thats what i thought but wanted to make sure. Mutt latte 😄 thats a good way to describe it lol but yea people have been doing that a ton lately like even at my store. At my store tho, they won't use a bunch of milks but they'll use one milk and sometimes it'll say extra and sometimes it'll just be asking for the regular amount but I never fill it up all the way because they're not getting a latte. I've never had somebody complain to me about it not being filled up all the way except this one girl a while ago had complained a few times when she ordered in store. So she would get 2 blond shots over ice in a venti cup and she would get a few pumps of vanilla in there and sweet cream. When i would go to pour the sweet cream, of course i dont pour all the way and shes said before if i can fill it up all the way...done that a few times. At one point my manager had told her that we cant do that. This was when i was like a few months in so i was just finding out about people doing this with iced espresso shots. Im glad we dont have the milk and cream carafes out anymore cuz imagine we would be filling them up constantly from people being cheap and trying to fill up their cups to make their own iced lattes

Yaaass still they money hungry right? Unfortunately they don’t have to pay a dime for the milk because it’s less than 4 Oz according to the app. This is essentially the right side of the milk
