I’m so sorry to hear this. This happened to a partner at my store too. I think they went through their insurance but I feel like the property manager or Starbucks should help out with the deductible.

Mine was stolen last year. Apparently I drive a model car that makes it pretty easy. Luckily insurance covered it and then I paid a muffler place to weld some rebar around the effer. But it was so upsetting and such a hassle, I’m sorry friend.

Im sure youve already done it, but call the cops and see if it happened in a part of the lot that was on camera.

This didn’t happen to me at work but mine got stolen while parked in the street, in front of a ring doorbell camera and it picked up nothing! I was so mad, I don’t think insurance will cover it, I had my dad Band-Aid it for a while, but it eventually rotted off because it was flimsy. If you have a welder if your life you could straight pipe it but it will still be loud af. I would try the cup fund tho
