5 pumps white mocha
8 pumps regular mocha
1 pump raspberry
And light ice
No, it was not made wrong it's not our problem you couldn't taste the chai with the other million pumps of flavor

If it was iced then shouldn't it been made in a tall? Also no way all that fit in a short. The math doesn't add up. Each pump is an oz and each shot is 1.5oz and a short cup is 8oz... just the mocha alone would fill the cup... also wouldn't it be scoops of matcha?

You see I didn't realize that at first cuz I've been with the Siren for like a month ish and that's what I was told in training. Forgot to mention that I had to remake it in a tall cup my bad 😭 also ty for mentioning the pump amt cuz I didn't know they were a whole ounce 😭 and yes SCOOPS of matcha did I say pumps??

Ah don't worry about it. I'm sorry if I was being extra about it but I was like dude... that would be over flowing... one time I had a customer order a venti shaken espresso with 10 long shots... if you haven't tried it yet don't... it just brews the espresso with more water making for a very bitter shot that is at least twice the volume of a normal shot. I had to put his drink in a trenta cup and still had no room with light ice (that all melted because of the shots). I had to give him a short cup with his milk 😅

Wait side note I used to have an influx of orders for chai add matcha. I don’t mind matcha with chai but I’m not supposed to shake a chai (shaking isn’t my fav) I never did because I’d be sooo wronged but I was tempted to not shake the chais and just put matcha at the bttm.

Oh yea def not against matcha chai, it upsets me if I don’t see it fully shaken. But chai matcha is a different story 😂

I might be petty but unless they ordered it shaken I don't shake.
