I am an ssv looking to move but counties and maybe even states. Right now I am in Southern California and make $22.73/hr (after the recent raise) I work between 35-40 hrs every week. My gf works full time making $16.50, we can barely afford rent on top of our other bills. We are trying to move to a possibly lower cost area but I don’t want to screw myself and not be able to afford it. So I guess my question is: how much do you make where you’re at and what is the minimum wage and where is that?

I’m a SSV in AZ and I make $20.04. I’m a 4 year partner. Our cost of living is notoriously rising, but I doubt it’s already at socal levels
