do people really think we bake our pasties in the back????(self.starbucksbaristas)
submitted by Longjumping_Stick_56
this man pulled into the drive through and i began to greet him but he shouted over me requesting two cheese danishes. fine, whatever i’ve had my caffeine and am in a good mood so this doesn’t really bother me. but then i remember we’re out… i tell him in my kindest voice that we just ran out and he leaned over to the drive through camera and yelled “well bake some more goddammit” and drove away. he can’t be serious… right?
_lanalana_265 points10m ago
Some people seriously do. I had a lady order a muffin and it ended up being a little dry and she goes “how long ago did you guys bake these” She was flabbergasted when i told her we dont bake them in store.
Had another couple get so freaking mad at me bc their bacon on their doublesmoke wasnt crispy enough. Insisted it was raw and that we needed to “put it on the grill longer”. Absolutely did not belive me when i told them we dont grill the bacon we just warm up the pre cooked sandwich as a whole, drove off without a refund.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]89 points10m ago
it’s absolutely mind boggling that they would even expect that
cookiemonstah8712 points10m ago
I never gave it much thought before getting hired, but I think if asked, I'd have said they're made in-store. Mind you I wasn't a frequent customer before so I never paid any attention to the unwrapping of pastries before putting them in the oven. Lol
idleghost232 points10m ago
What do they think we are? A steakhouse?
Puzzleheaded_You26011 points10m ago
You got me hungry for a steak now
idleghost231 points10m ago
Lmao
vegan-trash36 points10m ago
Homies be shook when they realize chef Mike is just 2 buttons and a caffeine addicted tong wielder.
Gypsystomp4 points10m ago
Lemme hit that pen, fam.
Pillsburyhoeboy1921 points10m ago
People complaining about the pre cooked bacon being raw is my favorite
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]19 points10m ago
honestly with starbucks’ quality control i wouldn’t doubt it 😳
Puzzleheaded_You26011 points10m ago
Yeah like the chicken maple sandwiches being raw
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
and having bones in them 🫣
Urmomscoochiehairs1 points10m ago
Wow
ghostymost2143 points10m ago
He was probably super serious! Last week a person tried ordering bacon egg bites with the bacon on the side.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]42 points10m ago
people need to do better 😭
Victoriamarie033 points10m ago
“Can I have a bacon Gouda extra cheese extra bacon”
0cathedron114 points10m ago
We constantly have people ask if we're still serving breakfast or if our kitchen is closed
RyusuiJL35 points10m ago
I mean...technically the "kitchen" does close a half hour prior to closing.
Buttafly_3607 points10m ago
My store, we turn off our ovens and clover machine at 7pm then close doors at 7:30pm
Kmsss3 points10m ago
What?! Why would you starve your sales like that? (Idk the extent of clover and it’s cleaning) but ovens get cleaned once a day when it’s slow. And then used again once it’s clean.
Buttafly_3601 points10m ago
Not tryna starve..they can still order pastries and paninis just cant warm them up for em after 7pm. Usually we have no customers complaining about it either 🤷🏽♀💯 and yeahhhh, no our stores are so diff 😭💯
Puzzleheaded_You26011 points10m ago
Wait you stop warming 30mins before close. My store keeps everything running up until the second we close.
RyusuiJL2 points10m ago
Yeah. The oven takes around 30 minutes to cool down enough to be safe to clean. We close at 7 and have till 7:30 to run tasks and be out. If we waited to turn the oven off till 7, it wouldn't get cleaned until after the next day's peak.
Puzzleheaded_You26011 points10m ago
Why not turn off one at a time and clean it that way
Ristrettooo84 points10m ago
I once had someone ask how big we could make a croissant.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]21 points10m ago
what??? 😭
Gypsystomp1 points10m ago
He said someone once asked how big they could make a hot air balloon.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
wow that’s crzzy
Lightheaded_gamer60 points10m ago
Like they see the food warming station… they see the ovens (I call them ovens) ….they see their orders being shoved in there and taken out!! What!?!
OneRoseDark10 points10m ago
i call it a toaster. it's not an oven; it's just toasting.
Buttafly_3602 points10m ago
Our store call em ovens too😭
Electrical_Metal_1061 points10m ago
Correct me if I’m wrong, but I believe they are technically convection microwave ovens. (We have the newer ones)
OneRoseDark1 points10m ago
oh, so it's a microwave.
even.. better?
cookiemonstah875 points10m ago
To be fair, if he only ever goes through the drive-thru, he would never have seen that.
Also people are oblivious
Lightheaded_gamer3 points10m ago
Well that’s if you never got out of your car to get into the cafe; I yet to have met anyone like that.
But in any case, yes people are oblivious. They be staring at partners doing the usual , going from one side to another and still be oblivious to what’s in front of them.
A partner can yeet a cold brew keg across the bar and customers will still see nothing lol!
rosaliecrowe3 points10m ago
Toaster oven yeah
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
that’s what i don’t understand. everything is visible. i think some people like conflict.

what leads people to think this is an option
Specialist_Salt_50725 points10m ago
Lemon loaf used to come in a whole pre sliced loaf rather than individually packaged. As well as the now discontinued chocolate loaf.
Freezykiwi11 points10m ago
And getting them out of the box was such a struggle!
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
that sounds like such a hassle
Crowchick173139 points10m ago
Obligatory pasties lmaoooo
But yes!!! I had several people ask for "fresh" banana bread, among other fresh requests
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]11 points10m ago
LMAO that’s so funny i didn’t even notice
Mickey_Fan5138 points10m ago
Same here in Hawaii. Even for beverages they think we can magically make things.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]23 points10m ago
that’s so frustrating! we’re basically mcdonald’s like cmon
RyusuiJL7 points10m ago
What island???
Mickey_Fan5120 points10m ago
Oahu. Oh what I meant about the drinks. If we don’t have a specific milk like oat or a specific syrup that we happen to not have, customers think we’re lying about them not being available and think we’re hiding them in the back and just lazy not to go get it.
RyusuiJL13 points10m ago
Maui here! I believe you're the first person I've seen so far on this sub also from the islands.
Mickey_Fan514 points10m ago
Where on Maui do you work?
wolfydoe3 points10m ago
What part of Oahu?
Mickey_Fan514 points10m ago
Airport
brokenleftjoycon36 points10m ago
I had someone emphasize to me that the bacon on her sandwich needed to be fully cooked. Like y’all seriously out here thinking your sandwich is handmade when you can get it in a minute. Be serious. She was shocked to hear it was all frozen.
lilminch6 points10m ago
Seriously I don't understand the thought process. At every other place in the world where you get handmade, fresh cooked food, it takes more than a minute. And these same people complain when their order takes more than a minute or two! Do they think we've defied physics?
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
honestly yes i think that’s what people think

I had a lady ask one time what was the name of the bakery from where we got our pastries. When I told her they were shipped to us from starbucks she looked flabbergasted that we didn’t use a local place. Like ma’am this is a chain.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
i could see if it were a small business, but it’s a global chain. that makes zero sense honestly who are these people? the have to be NPCs these aren’t real thoughts people have.
DingleberriesInMyBut23 points10m ago
We constantly have people ask for the spinach feta wrap with no feta 🫠
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]4 points10m ago
if they want it that way they can pick it out. but low key the feta is the best part.
DingleberriesInMyBut1 points10m ago
I’ve never tried it bc I don’t like feta, but why do they think we make them ourselves
mewwissa21 points10m ago
Those people are literally delusional. I can’t think of any chain restaurant that handmakes ANYTHING on their menu 🤣
billowwark9 points10m ago
Chipotle does make their gauc, chips, and rice from scratch every morning. The cheese is also freshly shredded from a block. I do get your point though.
mrsastro7 points10m ago
WOW Go, Chipotle!
billowwark5 points10m ago
Right. My experience there as a worker was terrible but I still go back because I don’t know of many places that go through the effort to shred their own cheese and handmade their guac.
Buttafly_3602 points10m ago
I like Moe's better 😭 even tho they like the same thing tho
[deleted]1 points10m ago

cecicoot5 points10m ago
The chips are handmade?
Crowchick17319 points10m ago
Yes! They're fried in store every morning. And then hit with some like juice and salt while hot!
Source: did nothing but make chips at chipotle for 3 months
cecicoot4 points10m ago
This makes me love them even more 😍
Responsible_Snow71093 points10m ago
Yea but people cant go into one place of business and expect it to work like a totally other different place of business
billowwark3 points10m ago
I know. We have over priced jimmy dean sandwhiches😂
Responsible_Snow71092 points10m ago
Lol yess. And the ones from the grocery store are so much better. They atleast have flavor. Starbucks sandwiches are mostly bland. Flavorless and saltless 🙃
Crowchick17312 points10m ago
They actually cut up everything that needs cutting by hand, aside from the tomatoes and the tortillas for the chips. Those two come precut
Source: worked at chipotle for a few months
billowwark1 points10m ago
Tru tru. I worked there 6 months too
Crowchick17313 points10m ago
Dunkin makes their sandwiches fresh!! I was in charge of that at a Dunkin for a while that's how I know
ladyelenawf3 points10m ago
Wendy's is now handing out a flyer that they hand crack their eggs (unlike McDonald's). I know Hardee's still makes their biscuits. Oh! Little Caesar's makes their dough and sauce. That's the only ones I can think of, though.
Nraveles112 points10m ago
Mom used to work at Wendy’s for a while, she hated how much work it was in the morning lmao. They prep the salads fresh, potatoes fresh, etc etc. I respect them a lot for that tbh
ladyelenawf1 points10m ago
Oh, I'm sorry! I didn't mean to imply disrespect for the hard work. I was just speaking to the shade Wendy's was throwing at McDonald's.
Nraveles112 points10m ago
Oh no no there’s no disrespect lol
Nraveles112 points10m ago
Panera! When I worked there they hired overnight bakers. Everything was made fresh every single day and if we sold out, we sold out. Bagels, loaves, pastries, everything. We always had fights over who got the last brioche buns cuz they were GODLY.
We also hand made our yogurt and fruit cups. We had huge tubs of chobani yogurt we would mix up with granola and fresh fruits that we would prep and cut in the back. Making the fruit cups was the best cuz when we would cut the pineapple specifically, whoever did the prep would always save everyone a ring cuz it was our faves lol. Also any messed up fruits just went to us. I remember having a full like fruit salad as a lunch one day from the fruit scraps.
Not to mention the quiche things we had were handmade and when they went out of date when breakfast stopped, whoever in the front would be like “hey does anyone want these” and we’d all be in the back for like 5 min just eating em lol.
Although I work for starbucks, i will always ALWAYS respect Panera for being pretty much the only chain that hand makes most of what they sell.
orsonvulture2 points10m ago
i was hoping someone else who used to work there would say this, paneras pastries stayed banging cuz of the overnight bakers. its also the only sort of fast food place i like eggs from since i know they aren't frozen after being on line and cracking all those damn eggs in the morning. nothing wrong with frozen eggs but the taste doesn't hit the same.
Nraveles112 points10m ago
Thisssss. I miss it ngl but I’m okay with the bucks
orsonvulture1 points10m ago
starbucks is 100x better to work at in my experience at least. our panera sucked but mainly because my entire experience was usually soloing line at night since call outs were daily teehee
Necessary_Low93921 points10m ago
If only u can yell Fck you lol
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]9 points10m ago
i wish i could omg
Necessary_Low9398 points10m ago

Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
he actually came back today. i saw him in the DT line while doing a trash run. asshat. hope he got his beloved cheese danish.
Necessary_Low9391 points10m ago
I hope he doesn’t 🤡🤡🤡
vg_149519 points10m ago
I had a guy come through the other day, wanted a sausage egg and cheddar. Well we were out so he then orders a bacon gouda but then ask for it on the bread of the sausage egg and cheddar, and got annoyed when I told him they were pre packaged… like sir I just work here 🥲
cecicoot7 points10m ago
Tell him you’ll have to charge him for both. When my store first opened, I had someone in DT ask for sausage cheddar and egg on a bagel and I explained that it came pre-made but I could charge him for the bagel and the sandwich. He actually went for it. If you give them something that sounds like their only option, they’ll usually go for it.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]17 points10m ago
pastries ***** lmao

That typo made me giggle. Thank you
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago

At my other job ( deli in a grocery store ( we ran out of our pizza pepperoni ( there were other kinds, but rhe store was out of the specific brand that is only in the deli) one woman threw a fit, saying she'd go to our other location because at least they wanted her money. That location was out too. It was an issue at the plant. She also asked how we were out since we make ot in the back.
This woman seriously thought deli workers made the lunch meat. Like cured it and the whole process. We aren't paid enough for that!( my store now pays deli workers 10 a hour. They vastly underpayment all the workers compared to other places)
jklmnopedy3 points10m ago
Right, and you raise the animals, too 🙄 /s
DollfaseDani15 points10m ago
I’m on Long Island, and my favorite thing is when people order as if they’re at a bagel shop.. “can I get a double smoked bacon with scrambled eggs on an everything bagel?” …. No.. no you can not
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]3 points10m ago
that would send me over the edge.
rudebii15 points10m ago
Some people are so used to eating processed food that Starbucks food made days ago, frozen, shipped, and reheated to order is an improvement.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]14 points10m ago
that’s upsetting :/ i feel crappy when i eat too much starbucks food and my skin starts to breakout … that’s probably not a good sign
rudebii21 points10m ago
Honestly, I’d rather eat breakfast from McD than Starbucks. At least they’re cracking eggs to order.
Starbucks food is garbage. I remember when we got pastries and breads from premier bakeries like La Brea. Food was like a courtesy, we were about coffee.
Fun fact: we weren’t allowed to have microwaves lest our lunch soul the rich aroma of coffee. Back when we scooped beans to order. Every Starbucks you walked into from the 90s-to when they put in the ovens smelled like coffee. That was by design.
Now Starbucks smells gross, NGL. All the artificial syrups, the awful, greasy food, yuck.
Mickey_Fan517 points10m ago
I agree mainly for the sandwiches. As for pastries, I’ll take the pumpkin or red velvet.
laughingashley8 points10m ago
Yes!! When we first started sandwiches, I was sampling them out and eating a wedge of them constantly... until I realized my stomach hurt every time I had them.
Even the cranberry bliss bars taste more fake than they used to. They used to taste like cheesecake, now they taste like prepackaged gas station food.
ladyelenawf1 points10m ago
>At least they’re cracking eggs to order.
Side bar: I just mentioned this in another reply, but they aren't. Wendy's is tattling by handing out a fly explaining how they don't. I thought it was historical they think that will affect anyone's choice of breakfast.
butterflymushroom3 points10m ago
The folded eggs come frozen but the round eggs should be fresh. Unless they changed that since I worked there.
imlysscining11 points10m ago
Before I started at starbucks, I thought the pastries were baked in the back/someone delivered fresh pastries everyday. My first day, I asked my trainer where we make the pastries n he laughed at me 😭
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
at least you were nice about it. no harm in not knowing as long as you’re nice!!
Better_Dust_236410 points10m ago
Had a lady ask for the bacon Gouda but “can you use American cheddar? I don’t like Gouda” like no Linda I fucking can’t.
ebac72 points10m ago
The cheese on the bacon gouda already looks like a Kraft single.
elementaltruth7 points10m ago
yes they do and I always keep their reality real for them: customer - do you have any cheese danishes left? me - let me check in the back with our baker. customer - ok. me - oh yes it looks like you are in luck, a fresh tray just came out of the oven. customer - good I prefer them fresh.
the pastry item can be subbed with any pastry item! they also believe we make our paninis fresh everyday, even though they see me pull both pastry and paninis out of the plastic bag (if they are in the store). but hey if they are that idiotic then I can help them stay that way…
TheFriendlyFeminist7 points10m ago
Hahaha yes, and I used to fuck with them even harder when we would run out of something, “I’ll have to let the pastry chef know we need more!”
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
IM DOING THAT
DreyaNova6 points10m ago
Try telling them you pulled them out of the freezer the day prior and the date they were made was 6 months prior to that, and then ask them how long they reckon that meat has been dead for…
jklmnopedy2 points10m ago
Wait, has it really already been frozen for 6 months by the time we get them? I've never thought about it, but now I'm curious.
DreyaNova2 points10m ago
Check the dates on the plastic wrap. I can remember pulling some of the breakfast sandwiches out of the freezer in January, there’s a “date prepared” stamped on it in black lettering, it was July of the previous year.
jklmnopedy2 points10m ago
Oh, we get our breakfast sandwiches delivered, but they're only good for 2 days, so I wonder if it might still apply
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
i’m also curious … if it’s 6 months i’m never eating sbux food again TBH
jklmnopedy1 points10m ago
Same. Can't justify that, and it could explain why many of the chocolate croissants have looked oddly smooth lately: maybe an issue in the freezing/thawing process.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
that’s so incredibly foul i really hope that’s not the case. i’ve been eating the food for a while now lol
defendtrevornoah6 points10m ago
Short answer is yea
patrickburn5 points10m ago
I had a woman one time tell me “Whomever made the blueberry muffins today did a great job!”
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]4 points10m ago
why is that low key really sweet though
patrickburn1 points10m ago
I told her I’d pass it along lol
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
honestly i would’ve done the same
Any-Area87295 points10m ago
Someone came in my store the other day and was asking for their sandwich to be on different bread.

Buttafly_3601 points10m ago
I figured😭😭 idk that would make me laugh as well😭
No-Chocolate-68284 points10m ago
LMAO some seriously do. I even joke all the time how I was slaving away baking that banana bread to customers all the time. Or I'll say how we smoke the bacon in back and make it look like I'm smoking a joint lol
sugartea633 points10m ago
In Switzerland we actually freshly bake our cookies and croissants now. It fucking sucks and the taste is the same anyway. We have legit ovens.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
i feel so bad for you. that sounds awful.
sugartea632 points10m ago
It is. The ovens dont even work right. And they take up so much of our free counter space... Its so incredibly pointless. I havent had a single customer say anything positive about it. The microwaves are good enough damn it. I can't even imagine how expensive these ovens were.
CrispyJezus3 points10m ago
…to be fair so did I until I started working there LOL
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
fair enough. i’m just upset he thought he could scream like a child about his precious cheese danishes lol.
ladyelenawf1 points10m ago
That's the unacceptable part. Being ignorant is okay as one can always learn. Being an asshole is never cool.
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
yep. exactly
lewabwee3 points10m ago
How fresh are your pastries?
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
they come frozen but they’re never frozen for long. we do a pull the day before to let them thaw and they go pretty quickly. anything past the date dot sticker gets thrown out/donated at the end of the day and fresh frozen pastries get pulled.
RubySapphireSage2 points10m ago
Or we have flies in our pastry case , we clean and bleach it every night but we can’t prevent them due to people opening closing doors etc . So lots of customers complain about the pastry case mind you it’s a display .. if the food looks old why would you think we would sell you those ? I do know some people have fresh stores (non-frozen stores) but it’s so annoying. Our drinks will be hand crafted .. but food? Go somewhere else
michael_casali2 points10m ago
I had this one lady ask me if cake pops were made fresh in the back of house. She then didn’t get any for her crying kids. She has come back several times and gotten them reguardless
Urmomscoochiehairs2 points10m ago
I’ve had someone ask if we could do lite cheese on the cheese danish
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
but that’s the best part…
Elegant-Tomato7202 points10m ago
I used to work for another coffee chain, and we DID bake our pastries, it would take 20 minutes so if we ran out, we would have to tell customers to come back in 20 minutes if they wanted one, and some did. Maybe that's why he thinks that 🤷♀️ it's so much nicer not having to do that though 🤣
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]2 points10m ago
it would be nice to have higher quality food but honestly with everything else we’re responsible to do i don’t know if i could handle adding a whole ass kitchen/ bakery.
Elegant-Tomato7202 points10m ago
Oh I 100% agree. It was always too much to keep up with in the last place I worked! Absolutely would be too much here too
FearlessSentence96672 points10m ago
someone asked me to make a double smoked with egg whites instead (we were out of the turkey bacon that she wanted) and i told her we weren’t able to do that and she got upset saying “well you have the egg white bites still so that means you have egg whites” like ms girl if u want the egg white bites on ur sandwich u gotta buy those too i don’t make them 😭
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
that’s ridiculous 😭
rosaliecrowe2 points10m ago
Yeah, I had a customer lady month ask if we backed them in the evening!!! Like we would have time, Lol 😆
bestowcurse2 points10m ago
I had someone get mad at me when I told them that we don't bake any of the pastries after she demanded the whole lemon loaf
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
ms. girl if you want the whole loaf bake your own 😭
bestowcurse2 points10m ago
LITERALLY....
KurtzKOButtz1 points10m ago
<Huff> what is this place? Panera??
emiistarrchilld1 points10m ago
About ten years ago here in Canada, we would receive the oat bars, oat fudge, and marshmallow bars in big flats and we would cut them in the morning when they were delivered. That's the closest I think I've come to "making our own" in my Bucks career. We would also receive our loaves in an actual loaf that was presliced and you had to play Operation with a poorly designed box. You would take off all the lemon loaf icing then have to use an oversized gloved hand to smooth it back on. Ahhh.. those were the days.
xCherryBombshell1 points10m ago
When people ask me if they are fresh.. I say fresh out of the package. Ngl
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]1 points10m ago
LMAO
reinadelastrigoi1 points10m ago
I dunno but I had a dude on Thanksgiving or Christmas ask for double meat. I was like, sir…
Ittaintright1 points10m ago
You saw me remove it from plastic
Nraveles111 points10m ago
See this makes me sad bc I used to work at Panera and everything was freshly baked that morning. I miss walking in and smelling the fresh bread n stuff coming out.
I remember on a super slow day we had bananas for the smoothies that were going bad so we made banana bread and snickerdoodle cookies (used the sugar cookie mix and used the cinnamon sugar we had for the cinnamon latte). Heaven ❤️
If starbucks wanted to they could do fresh baked pastries and tbh I would prefer it cuz we’d prob sell out so quickly lmao. Hire overnight bakers, have a store with an industrial oven, have an extra fridge of all the pastry needs, and boom. Then we’d actually have a use for our pastry case.
Also fun thing, at Panera we learned cutting basil helped keep flies and gnats away from the food. One of our jobs at the front when stocking and organizing the breads was to cut basil in ceramic cups and place them along all the pastries.

Unpopular opinion I guess, but you guys are too harsh. It’s not the dumbest thing in the world to think we bake pastries. It’s wrong obviously, but why so much judgment for ignorance. Without a doubt every one of you is ignorant of something, does that mean we should ridicule you too? Jeez.
Responsible_Snow71094 points10m ago
>Without a doubt every one of you is ignorant of something
Well nobody is acting like theyre perfect or have no imperfections or like know-it-alls. We are on a starbucks subreddit specifically for baristas. We are allowed to talk about, relate, and vent to eachother about anything starbucks related. If u dont like what ur reading, u shouldnt be on this sub commenting. The one for both customers and baristas is r/starbucks.
MatchingColors-1 points10m ago
I just don’t understand how some partners expect customers to know everything about the business or about coffee in general. I agree that people are rude a lot and that’s not right
Also I’m a SSV of 5 years if you care to know
Longjumping_Stick_56 [OP]3 points10m ago
there’s nothing wrong with not knowing something if you’re nice about it. but he actually screamed at me and demanded i bake more. that’s what i’m complaining about, not his lack of knowledge.
Responsible_Snow71092 points10m ago
Ok i misunderstood about it since i didnt see a flair by ur username and u said in ur one sentence something along the lines of "then does that mean we should make fun of u or judge u?" So the way it was worded sounded like ur a customer.
And also we are not expecting customers to know everything about the business. Were simply talking about something specific here. Its not a generalized post saying things like "customers dont know anything"......its a post talking about something specific. We are blowing off steam and venting and relating to one another on a specific topic and were sharing our thoughts on this one thing that some customers think
